By purchasing, accepting, and retaining, or using a GWD
Voucher (a ‘Gift Voucher’) issued by GWD International Ltd, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1.1. The GWD Voucher will automatically expire 5 years following the date of purchase. Any remaining balance on the GWD Voucher will be forfeited.

1.2. GWD Vouchers may only be used for UK orders of GWD products purchased at www.gwd.co.uk – whether as full or part payment.

1.3. For each purchase, the full amount (including taxes and fees) will be deducted from the balance of the GWD Voucher. The GWD Voucher cannot be used to obtain cash or purchase another GWD Voucher. You cannot receive a cash refund for any returned merchandise or cancelled services originally obtained with a GWD Voucher

1.4. For the sales transaction of an amount (including taxes and fees) that is less than the GWD Voucher, no change or refund will be given. Instead, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases. GWD Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded (subject to any rights available to you by law).  

1.5. If a GWD Voucher is lost or stolen, you will not receive a refund – except as otherwise provided by law. GWD International Ltd is not responsible for funds spent on a GWD Voucher.

1.6. The GWD Voucher is not a debit card, credit card or cheque guarantee, and cannot be used as one. You cannot increase the funds on a GWD Voucher, which is limited to the preset amount at the time of purchase.

1.7. Your GWD Voucher balance can be viewed at www.gwd.co.uk, or by contacting us at enquiries@gwd.co.uk.

1.8. GWD International Ltd reserves the right to supplement or adjust the Terms and Conditions. These changes will be made known on www.gwd.co.uk, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review.

1.9. GWD International Ltd is compliant with the requirement of the latest data protection legislation, including (without limitation) the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced, modified, or re-enacted on occasion). As stated in our Privacy Policy, personal data received from you will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

1.10. If you are not party to the agreement with GWD International Ltd, you have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act.

1.12. Unused Gift Vouchers can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at enquiries@gwd.co.uk.

1.11. GWD International Ltd Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
