If you wish to return something to us, we offer an easy returns process via Royal Mail using the link below:
We charge £2.50 per returned parcel which will be deducted from your refund amount.
For a full refund, we ask that you return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
If eligible, the refund amount will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
When reviewing your refund request, we ask that items / garments are returned to us in a re-sellable condition: un-used, unworn and with all labels attached, in the original packaging.
We’re unable to offer exchanges, so please place a new order for the items or sizes you wish to change.
